Krishtina is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with CPA Australia and holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Finance from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. She currently serves as Senior Finance Associate for the Asia Pacific Hub at HOT, bringing over 13 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through strong financial stewardship and accountability.
Throughout her career, she has played a key role in strengthening financial systems, ensuring donor compliance, and maximizing the impact of development programs across Nepal. She has held critical finance and audit positions with organizations such as the USAID Feed the Future Nepal Agricultural Inputs project, Plan International Nepal, CARE Nepal, and Save the Children Nepal, contributing to effective resource management in complex humanitarian and development settings.
